Alpha and Theta Self Hypnosis Music and Sound
Publisher: Alpha and Theta Self Hypnosis | ISBN n/a | Language English | Audio CD in MP3 / 256Kbps | 459 MB

These files use isochronic beats to stimulate alpha brainwave production because isochronic beats cause a far greater cortical response within the brain making them a more effective means of entrainment than binaural beats and unlike binaural beats do not require the use of headphones to be effective. If you are practiciing self hypnosis, the Silva Method, the techniques from the American Monk Mindbox or any other "mind power" training requiring that you train to enter alpha or theta states at will, I am sure you will find these tracks very helpful. These are best used at a comfortable volume as a loud volume is entirely unnecessary.

The alpha tracks are mid-alpha 10Hz
The theta tracks are high-theta 7Hz

There is little to no ramping from beta brainwave frequency to the desired target range as ramping is unnecessary and counterproductive to conditioning one's self to enter the desired state instantly such as with a self hypnotic anchor like the Silva Method's 3-2-1, the Silva Three Finger Technique or an anchor of your own choosing.

The Alpha Tracks are:
Extended Alpha Relax
Extended Alpha Relax 2 Floating Atmosphere
Extended Alpha Relax 3 Japanese Koto
Extended Alpha Relax 4 Mysterious

The Theta Tracks are:
Extended Theta Relax Angelic
Extended Theta Relax 2 Digiridoo

Each track is roughly 40mins of sustained word-free acoustic stimulatoin for a nice sustained trance experience.

I use it with my hypnosis mp3 easier to bypass the critical factorQuote:
To understand how hypnosis works, we must first learn about how our mind works. In simple terms, our mind consists of two components: The conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. Our conscious, or logical mind performs analytical duties, rationalizes, uses willpower in attempts to change personal habits and serves as our short-term memory. The conscious mind also contains what is known as the critical factor, which operates automatically when you are using your conscious mind. The critical factor can be thought of as protecting the status quo of your beliefs and must be bypassed in order for you to accept any suggestion that conflicts with your existing beliefs
